Cironet Technologies Limited ("Cironet") collects the information you provide when purchasing or managing services on Cironet Cloud — name, email, phone number, and billing details — solely to deliver, bill for, and support the services you order (website development, hosting, email, domain registration, and SSL certificates).

Your account is shared across the Cironet ecosystem (auth.cironetug.com) so you don't need to register separately on each product. Payment is processed by pay.cironetug.com; we do not store your card or mobile money credentials ourselves. Domain-availability searches are sent to public RDAP registries and are not linked to your account.

To understand how the site is used, we record basic visit information for each page you open — the page, where you came from, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. The last part of your IP address is removed before it is stored, and visits are not used to identify you unless you are signed in. Domain searches are recorded without your account details.
